Leftover Turkey, Brussels Sprouts and Cranberry Saute Recipe
One thing that’s almost guaranteed after a beautiful holiday meal…leftovers! If you find yourself looking for a healthy way to use up the turkey and cranberry sauce, here’s a delicious and healthy meal that comes together in minutes. Enjoy!
Serves 2-4
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Difficulty level: Easy
Ingredients
1 lb Brussels sprouts, cleaned and halved
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups leftover roasted turkey, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
1/2 cup broth (chicken, turkey or vegetable)
Salt and pepper to taste
Philipiak Milano Cookware Needed
Classic Frying Pan and Spherical Lid
Instructions
- Heat Classic Frying Pan over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes.
- Add halved Brussels sprouts, cut side down, to hot Classic Frying Pan.
- Sprinkle minced garlic over top of Brussels sprouts and cover pan with Spherical Lid.
- Reduce heat to low and let cook for 3 minutes, or until Brussels sprouts are beginning to brown on cut side.
- Add chopped turkey, cranberry sauce and broth to Classic Frying Pan and stir to combine.
- Cover pan with Spherical Lid and let cook for 5 minutes, or until Brussels sprouts are tender (to taste.)
- Season with salt and pepper if desired. Serve immediately.
